From: Selection of reliable reference genes during THP-1 monocyte differentiation into macrophages
Observed ranges of C q values of the 21 preselected reference gene candidates during phorbol ester-induced monocyte-to-macrophage differentiation of THP-1 cells. Cq values were recorded for six days of differentiation as described in the Methods section.
