  1. N = 3 independent transfections in each case. The differences between the G1/G0 phase and S phase values for control siRNA and CGGBP1 siRNA (or between control siRNA and CGGBP1+GAS1 siRNA combined for the last sample) are significant (Heteroscedastic two tailed T test, p < 0.05). Difference between control siRNA and UTR siRNA is significant for U-2987 MG-vector But insignificant for U-2987 MG-CGGBP1 (Heteroscedastic two tailed T test, p < 0.05). Please note that close to 50% reductions in the S phase populations of most samples due to CGGBP1 knockdown is reflected as a rather minor yet significant increase in the G0/G1 phase populations.
