Induction of c- fos in Srf(-/-) ES cells. Cells were serum-starved, treated with PD98059 and Ro318220 as in Figure 2. Cells were stimulated with 15% FCS for 30 min, followed by quantitative RT-PCR. Fold inductions from three independent experiments with each inhibitor were FCS: 26.5 ± 1.8, FCS + PD: 15.6 ± 6.0 and FCS: 16.0 ± 14.3, FCS + Ro: 1.8 ± 1.2. Representation of the data as Figure 2.
